My patients are the most important part of my practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for my patients. My appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, I need you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time. As a courtesy to me and to other patients, I ask that you provide me a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appt time, you will be assessed a $75 late cancellation fee. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, I may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments and you will be assessed the late cancellation fee. Additionally, patients who miss their appointments by default of a no call / no show will have forfeited their appointment and will be assessed a fee of 50% of services booked. There are no refunds or credits given for late cancellation or no call / show fees. Please note, no call / no show appointments will not be able to rebook with our office.
